Chris Kurz is a graduate of Purdue University and UCLA where he earned degrees in Engineering and English Literature. After college, he worked for two years as a civilian engineer in Washington D.C. for Naval Aviation. Chris then joined the U.S. Army and spent the next 13 years as an aviator and officer in various leadership and managerial positions. While flying helicopters and repairing wing aircraft, Chris logged over 3000 hours of flight time across the globe, achieving the rank of Chief Warrant Officer III.
At age 42, Chris departed from the military to become an entrepreneur in Savannah, GA. He and a partner started a general contracting company which specialized in real estate development and construction. In a very short time, the company grew substantially and experienced great success in residential construction and rehabilitation. This venture provided Chris with the knowledge and expertise he needed to run his own HomeWorx franchise.
Chris's solid education, military discipline, dependability, and a comprehensive knowledge of the home building industry have prepared him to provide outstanding post-construction customer service for homebuilders and developers in Southeast Georgia.
